Scooter Time Rentals Inc. Provides personal mobility solutions at car shows, fairs, sporting events, and a broad spectrum of events.
We offer on site mobility. Providing a service for many people who might not otherwise be able to attend large events that requires extensive walking.
We only offer 4 wheel scooters for your added safety. Our units are all FDA Class II Medical Devices*. All units are equipped with baskets for your convenience. If you have special needs (i.e. medical equipment, etc.) please contact us prior to the event you wish to attend, so that we may be able to better assist you with your needs.
Customer service is where Scooter Time excels. We want to provide your/our customers with a positive experience. We offer quality equipment, friendly service, storage for wheelchairs, walkers and other personal items in our trailer if needed. A shuttle service is provided for those who need assistance getting to our location. We offer free with rental, cane and walker holder attachments for scooters.

given to myself and my father at the Ford F100 show in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. This is a great show for us Ford enthusiasts and the foot print of the fairground it was held in is extremely large. We rented a scooter for my nearly 80 year old Dad. Just being able to rent a scooter for this would have been enough for me to write this glowing review as my father can’t get around that well anymore. He would not have been able to attend- period. But the best thing about Scooter Time is their product and their people. Excellent, modern and comfortable scooters those look cool too! We ran that scooter to death that day in 90+ degree weather and had plenty of battery to spare. Seriously, ran it all day and we could have went further. Their people made us feel like we were the most important thing there was at that moment even though they were slammed with business. No rush to get us out of the tent and patiently showed us how to operate the scooter. Thanks for everything guys! You are really providing a great service to our older folks that still have the “want to” but sometimes just physically can’t. Please use this referral in any way you wish.

I just wanted to thank you for the great experience I had with this scooter rental for Carol, my Mother-In Law, at The Back to the 50’s car show.
Because the handicap parking was full we had to park at another location and take the shuttle. The shuttle dropped us off an entrance far away from the rental truck. So I walked to the rental truck to pick up the scooter.
When I arrived to pick up the rental I was told my paper work had been lost, but there was zero delay in getting me set up with a scooter.
When we returned the scooter we explained to the staff that we had to return to the far exit to catch the shuttle. Without hesitation someone offered to walk with us to the far exit so Carol could use the scooter to get there. Everyone we spoke to at Scooter Time was friendly and professional.

This is Stacy R. and i rented a scooter for my husband Richard for Louisville car show, and i just wanted to say i have to cancel today’s rental, my husband is in some pain today and cant make the show so i wanted to free up a scooter for someone else, it was great using it this weekend! He couldn’t have done it without it! Ur a blessing! Next year we will rent 2!!!
